Have you ever cooked a complete menu over the fire? Enjoy a day without any luxury and experience the facets of nature up close. Which branches, leaves or flowers can be used to conjure up a pretty table decoration? How to prepare a crepe over the fire? At the adventure cuisine you learn the basics of cooking outside and you can enjoy your self-cooked food. For a good result you need everyone in the team. Only together can the menu succeed. This teamevent strengthens the togetherness and will surely remain in your memory for a long time.
This is what you get
- 1. Arrival: The guide will pick you up at the meeting point and take you to the cooking area.
- 2. Preparation: Your guide will explain the menu to you and divide you into groups. Each team will be given a task, e.g. starter, main course, dessert, setting the table or decoration.
- 3. Teamwork: Each group receives a box with the necessary ingredients and instructions. Together you prepare your course or complete your task. The guide will give you tips and tricks for cooking over the fire.
- 4. Eating: Together you will enjoy your self-cooked 3-course meal at your table decorated with dancing cones, flowers and branches.
- 5. Washing up & tidying up: We will do the tidying up for you.

Price
Participants: The Adventure Kitchen will be carried out for groups of 8 or more people.
Costs: from CHF 129 per person
The price includes food & drinks, preparation and clean up, professional supervision by your guide.
Not included are access, parking and possible mountain railway tickets.
For 15 or more people you are offered 5% discount, for 25 people 10%.
